DoctorThanks aims to ensure that you receive the right medicines and health products on time and in perfect condition. Whenever you place an order, please make sure to check the products at the time of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
“Return” Mean?
“Return” means sending the product back. You may need to return a product in the following situations:
- ✅ You received the wrong product.
- ✅ The product is expired or has less than 1 months of expiry remaining.
- ✅ The product was damaged during delivery (if the package seal is broken or damaged, do not accept it).
👉 Important: If the product is damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery. If you find the damage after opening the package, you can request a return.
Note: Not all products are eligible for replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund will NOT be provided.returns
- You must submit a return request within 3 days of product delivery.
- If the request is made after 3 days, DoctorThanks will not accept the return.
Return Process:
The DoctorThanks team will verify the return within 72 hours.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The refund will be processed within 30 days.
